Figure eight sequence and strike
Description: This is a sequence of figures eight and direction changes to finish by a strike. The position of the legs in this movement is very important.

Required skills: Horizontal figure eight normal and advanced.
Description: The principal difficulty of this movement is during the rebound under the armpit: you have to correctly guide the chain and the free branch of the Nunchaku to lead it in a good trajectory. The rest of the technique should not present any particular difficulty

Figure eight sequence after strike
Description: The principal difficulty of this movement is to keep the Nunchaku stable and on the good trajectory after the strike. Think to be in offensive guard.

Sequence with hand rebound 1
Description: This is a sequence of two horizontal wristrolls, and then two vertical ones. A movement very similar to the hand stop makes the connection between the two types of rotations.

Description: This is a very useful switch because it makes it possible to keep a very fluid movement. To learn this move, it is advised to make pass the Nunchaku from left to right and vice versa ad infinitum.

Description: This is a sequence containing a very special switch: it is done by stopping the Nunchaku.

Wristrolls with direction change
Description: This sequence cumulates some wristrolls carried out in different directions. The principal difficulty is at the time to bring the Nunchaku forwards, it is necessary to control well the trajectory of the Nunchaku.
