Description: This is a very simple movement consisting in making turn several times the Nunchaku in the air when he moves. This movement present an advantage compared to a direct trajectory: it stabilizes the Nunchaku.

Description: This movement is very useful to return in attack position in a stable and fast way. It can be carried out after a waist rebound or after one on the side of the arm.
