Description: These are the same basic rebounds as in simple Nunchaku: the difficulty is when you have to cross them correctly.

Description: This is a sequence of classic rebounds. However, this move is not obvious to realize because the movements to do are not the same with each hand. This is an excellent exercise to train to desynchronized move.

Falling rebounds

Required skills: Basic waist rebounds, Basic cross rebounds.
Description: This movement is rarely used with both Nunchakus at the same time. In general it is used with one Nunchaku while the other makes something else: that makes it possible to have a time delay between the two hands, that makes it possible to desynchronize or resynchronize the techniques of a double Nunchaku sequence.

Advanced asynchronous rebounds
Advanced asynchronous rebounds
Description: This is almost the same movement as that the one called “asynchronous rebounds”, but some additional rebounds and variations were added there. By cutting out the movement correctly and by learning it by parts, that should not be too difficult. Think of carrying out the movement very slowly at the beginning.
