Description: These are basic simple Nunchaku strikes that that you have to do one after the other, with both hands. In this movement, the striking Nunchaku must be ahead than the one which goes back into guard position.
Description: During this strike, this is important to make slip the Nunchaku under the armpit, tightening it slightly, as if you were in guard position, in order to create an “elastic” effect which will give more power to the strike. This is important to make this move starting from the offensive guard, because in passive guard both Nunchakus can collide each other and not have enough power.
Description: These are two amortized strikes carried out in two different directions: indeed, this type of strike makes it possible to attack easily in several directions.
Description: This is a lower strike carried out with both Nunchakus at the same time. In offensive guard, the initial dash is more difficult to give to the front Nunchaku.
Description: These are two simple strikes carried out one just after the other with both Nunchakus. The principal difficulty in this movement is to preserve control on Nunchakus during the rebound on the waist level.
Description: This movement is very similar to the double lower strike, but this time you have to take less possible dash at the beginning and Nunchakus must go diagonally.
