Description: This is the same thing than the classic switch under the arm, but this time the Nunchaku will pass at the opposite site. The principal difficulty in this movement is to keep fluidity when catching the free branch of the Nunchaku. Take care learning this move, because there is a high risk of blows behind the head!
Description: These are two switchs that can be realized during a waist rebound. The difference between the two versions is very subtle: in the first one, the hand which will take the Nunchaku is positioned before the rebound, while it positions afterwards in the second version.
Description: This switch can be realized during a reversed figure eight. It is necessary to be very fast and accurate to pass it correctly. Heavier is your Nunchaku, harder is this move.
Description: The Z comprises a very unusual switch: it makes it possible to change the Nunchaku of hand while passing from a normal grip to a reversed one. The move ends by a strike. The Spinning Z is the same move to which you add a turn on yourself.
